- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, vendors) to achieve project milestones

- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide stakeholder updates
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of IT project management experience in banking/finance
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proven expertise in agile (Scrum/Kanban) and waterfall methodologies
- Strong understanding of banking technology ecosystems and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
