Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for IT governance and enterprise application initiatives
- Ensure project alignment with ITIL/COBIT frameworks and organizational security policies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, security specialists, and business stakeholders
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resources to deliver on time and within budget
- Implement robust change management processes for enterprise application deployments
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports and post-mortems
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and governance practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT governance or enterprise applications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with ITIL/COBIT knowledge
- Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
- Expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies with JIRA/MS Project proficiency
- Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
