Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving large-scale IT infrastructure transformations? In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between technical excellence and business objectives, overseeing complex network projects including LAN/WAN upgrades and cloud migrations.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource allocation to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure that our infrastructure solutions are not only delivered on time and within budget but are also optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize network infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, Cloud, and Data Center) according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless implementation of network solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all infrastructure solutions comply with industry security standards and internal organizational policies.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Manage project resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of technical staff and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in IT Project Management, specifically focusing on network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Cloud).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern IT infrastructure standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
