Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complete IT project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Map and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and align with project objectives
- Bridge communication gaps between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports for leadership stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in IT environments
- Proven experience working with Japanese multinational companies preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder/vendor liaison
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural work environments
