Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
- Lead and coordinate project teams including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular progress reports and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality assurance and safety protocols on all project sites.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Manage procurement activities, including the tendering and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, regulations, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale developments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in Johor or the Iskandar Malaysia region is highly advantageous.
- Deep understanding of local construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards (OSHA / DOSH).
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or possess equivalent professional certification.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost forecasting, budgeting, and claims management.
