International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Elevator Project Supervisor to join our expanding team in Muntinlupa City. As a leader in the vertical transportation industry, we pride ourselves on engineering excellence, reliability, and unparalleled service. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our on-site operations, ensuring that elevator installation and modernization projects are executed with precision, adherence to safety protocols, and strict compliance with global quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day on-site elevator installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all project work strictly adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate and lead technical teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and troubleshoot technical issues during the installation phase.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and sub-contractors regarding site status and resource allocation.
- Manage inventory of tools and materials required for specific project phases.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily progress reports and documentation for site management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Licensed Engineer is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in elevator/escalator installation or large-scale construction project management.
- In-depth knowledge of vertical transportation systems and technical blueprints.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Proficiency in local construction safety standards and occupational health protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure construction environments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
