In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful execution of our construction projects by providing precise cost estimations, managing procurement processes, and monitoring project progress against budgets. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure deliverables align with project specifications.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Perform detailed value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising on quality.
- Prepare and analyze monthly progress reports and financial updates for management review.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects within budget.
- Review and process progress claims and variations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a quantity surveying or cost estimation role within the construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and construction methodologies.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and relevant construction estimation software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict project deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malvar, Batangas.
