Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and mitigating cost overruns.
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare regular progress reports and technical documentation for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards on all project sites.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage inventory flow for construction projects.
- Identify project risks and implement effective contingency plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in the field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of local construction regulations in East Kalimantan.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English technical writing.
