Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget constraints.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site progress daily and provide detailed reports on project status to senior management.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project phases.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and materials procurement to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site meetings to resolve technical issues and maintain quality control.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams on-site.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on cost-effective project delivery.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
