Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee entire project lifecycles from conception to delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA specialists
- Monitor project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and adjust plans as needed
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency strategies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports and post-mortems
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout project phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with 2+ years in fintech or telecom
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding RM500,000
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of digital payment systems, mobile apps, or telecom infrastructure
