Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Learning Technology projects from initiation to closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence for nationwide programmes.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and IT teams to integrate LMS and digital tools.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
- Drive user adoption strategies for new learning platforms and technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Learning & Development or EdTech industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
