Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for LTA infrastructure projects as Main Contractor
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with LTA officials, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality control protocols
- Manage project documentation including permits, reports, and safety protocols
- Oversee resource allocation and vendor performance
- Conduct regular progress reviews with stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager in LTA/infrastructure projects
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required
- Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects
- Deep knowledge of LTA regulations and Singapore construction standards
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
