In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders, driving projects from initial concept through to successful completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize M&E projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local safety regulations and industry codes.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for project materials.
- Communicate project status updates effectively to senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in M&E project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid engineering qualification or certification is preferred.
