Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) building services? Our client, a leading M&E service provider, is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join their team in Johor Bahru. As the Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating with site teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a deep understanding of M&E systems, regulatory compliance, and project lifecycle management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of M&E building service projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize costs and profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, project documentation, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Implement efficient site management strategies to mitigate risks and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Supervise onsite workforces and ensure strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management specifically within the M&E building services sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, M&E standards, and construction workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach to engineering challenges.
