StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Project Manager (Electrical) to join our expanding team. This role offers the perfect balance of strategic office oversight and hands-on site management across various locations.
As the Project Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our M&E operations, ensuring that complex electrical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest industry standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered within the defined timeline and budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of M&E electrical projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and problem resolution.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and material procurement to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Supervise onsite installation works, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and progress.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
- Lead safety meetings and enforce strict compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations onsite.
- Manage project documentation including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E project management within the Singapore construction or facility management industry.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, schematic layouts, and M&E specifications.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and WSH safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and site teams.
- Proven track record in managing project timelines and site coordination.
- Ability to travel islandwide to different project sites as required.
