In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of mining projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As a Project Manager with Mandarin language proficiency, you will facilitate essential communication with international partners and manage complex cross-cultural teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily mining project operations and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional site teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate clear communication between management, local stakeholders, and Mandarin-speaking international partners.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mining or construction industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal) with strong business communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Experience with project management software and reporting tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to site locations.
