Join Farben Information as a Mandarin-Speaking Project Manager and lead transformative BPO initiatives in a dynamic onsite environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for BPO clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation using agile methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and stakeholder meetings to drive project momentum
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve roadblocks proactively
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure clear communication and expectations
- Document project processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in BPO or IT services
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
