You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial client consultations and budget management to site supervision and final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end installation process for elevator and vertical transport systems.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Control project budgets, monitor resource allocation, and minimize operational waste.
- Coordinate between clients, sub-contractors, and internal engineering teams for seamless project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and engineering specifications.
- Manage technical documentation, progress reports, and project permits.
- Resolve onsite technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional license (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience in elevator installation or similar heavy construction/mechanical projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, blueprints, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
