PT Asahi Synchrotech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager MEP Contractor to lead our building projects in Jakarta. As a key leader, you'll orchestrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end MEP project execution from planning to commissioning
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Liaise with clients to address technical requirements and provide updates
- Optimize installation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of MEP project management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BIM software, and construction methodologies
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Expertise in Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards
- Proven track record of delivering complex building projects on schedule
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
