Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for upstream/downstream oil and gas initiatives
- Stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Risk mitigation and compliance adherence to industry regulations (OSHA, ISO)
- Budget forecasting, cost control, and resource optimization
- Implementation of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Safety protocol enforcement and environmental sustainability initiatives
- Performance reporting and KPI tracking for executive stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in oil and gas project management
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Expertise in managing EPC contracts and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of Malaysian energy sector regulations
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
