Transavia Otomasi is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to spearhead complex E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) automation projects within the Oil & Gas sector. In this project-based role, you will be the primary point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring that technical precision meets operational excellence.
The successful candidate will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes client relationships, and maintain rigorous adherence to safety (HSE) and technical documentation standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee full-cycle E&I automation projects, from initiation through to commissioning and handover.
- Develop detailed project scope, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to maximize operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary interface between the client, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all project activities strictly comply with HSE regulations and industry safety standards.
- Prepare, review, and finalize technical project documentation, progress reports, and manual sign-offs.
- Resolve technical bottlenecks and site-based issues proactively to minimize project downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience specifically within the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of E&I automation systems, instrumentation controls, and hazardous area standards (e.g., IECEx, ATEX).
- Strong track record of delivering project-based contracts within the Riau region or similar operational environments.
- Excellent proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and technical documentation tools.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage diverse teams in challenging site conditions.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly preferred.
