Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for onshore supply base operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for seamless delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Implement and monitor safety compliance standards and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and progress reporting
- Optimize supply chain logistics and inventory management systems
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in resources/oil & gas
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Certifications in PMP or PRINCE2 highly regarded
- Proven track record of managing onshore logistics/supply chain projects
- Advanced analytical skills for budget forecasting and resource optimization
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
