Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor environmental projects from inception to completion
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication across all project phases
- Develop strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector entities
- Lead funding proposal development and manage grant application processes
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive project reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in environmental/sustainability sectors
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership development
- Expertise in funding proposal writing and grant acquisition processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage complex operational workflows
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Philippine environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks
