Paesa Pasindo Engineering is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead road preservation projects from mobilization through to final handover. In this critical role, you will oversee all project phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating cross-functional teams. You'll develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and maintain stakeholder communications to drive successful project delivery. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on infrastructure development in Papua while honing your leadership skills in a challenging construction environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage entire road preservation project lifecycle from mobilization to handover
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control measures
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Prepare regular project reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction/preservation projects
- Proven track record in project management with PMP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract management
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Ability to work in remote locations with challenging conditions
