Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and ensuring clear communication.
- Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and company policies throughout all phases.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement activities to support project needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMBOK, Prince2, or PMP.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Asana).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
