Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of plant engineering projects, ensuring strict alignment with organizational goals and technical specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure target completion within defined constraints and scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensure strict compliance with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Monitor equipment performance and production efficiency, identifying opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant engineering or project management within the manufacturing or food processing sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and engineering principles.
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
