Sinar Sukses Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager for Plant Project Engineering Coordination to join our growing team in Purwakarta. As a leading player in the textile manufacturing sector, we are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our plant facilities remain at the cutting edge of efficiency and technology.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of plant-related projects, including new machinery installations, infrastructure upgrades, and process optimization initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, managing everything from initial feasibility studies and technical specifications to vendor selection and final commissioning. Your expertise will ensure that all projects are delivered with a focus on safety, cost-effectiveness, and minimal disruption to ongoing production cycles.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering, specifically within a manufacturing or textile environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and risk mitigation strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate comprehensive engineering projects within the textile plant environment.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of industrial machinery and plant infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and maintenance departments to align project goals.
- Manage external contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular project risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical reports and progress presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local environmental and safety regulations (K3).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or plant engineering coordination.
- Proven experience working within the textile manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial plant systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and production lines.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical teams and external contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for technical communication.
