Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Project Manager specializing in Plumbing & Hydrant systems to lead our MEP operations in Karawang. As a key player in our construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of complex mechanical and plumbing projects.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical design and site execution, ensuring that every project is delivered within the stipulated timeframe, budget constraints, and strict quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and act as the primary liaison for stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end MEP projects, specifically focusing on Plumbing and Hydrant systems.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation to ensure maximum profitability without compromising quality.
- Coordinate closely with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure all installations meet technical specifications.
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Maintain rigorous project schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality aligns with project blueprints and local building codes.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports for management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on MEP, Plumbing, and Fire Hydrant systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, P&ID, and MEP schematics.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and K3 certification is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and sub-contractors on-site.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is highly preferred.
