Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of complex R&D projects from initiation through to execution and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external MNC partners, ensuring alignment on project milestones, scope, and technical objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between researchers, engineers, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality smart manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare regular progress reports and technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Mitigate project risks by proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective troubleshooting strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between research teams and industry partners to drive project success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an R&D, manufacturing, or deep-tech environment.
- Strong understanding of smart manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably involving large MNCs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting technological requirements.
