Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for aerospace technology initiatives focused on MRO operations
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, researchers, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement and maintain PMO processes, tools, and best practices
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace or technology sector
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of MRO operations and aerospace technology
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience working in research or technology development environment
