Join the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) as a Project Manager in our Aerospace Technology Research Centre (ARTC). As a Project Manager in our PMO (Project Management Office), you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex aerospace technology initiatives. You will work with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, researchers, and industry partners to transform innovative concepts into practical solutions that drive industrial impact and create economic value.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage aerospace MRO technology projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, researchers, and industry partners
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace or technology sector
- Proven experience with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes and technologies
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management software and tools
