As a Project Manager specializing in the banking industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle of technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to ensure successful delivery of projects that enhance banking operations and customer experiences.
This role requires someone with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency through strategic technology implementations while maintaining strict compliance with banking industry standards and risk management protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for banking technology initiatives, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, status reports, and executive-level presentations
- Implement robust project control mechanisms and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals
- Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements
- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements and internal risk management frameworks
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate clear communication across business and technical teams
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and tools
Kualifikasi
- PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with focus on banking or financial services sector
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory frameworks (Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is advantageous
