Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent project management credentials
- Proven track record in project control methodologies and reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management software
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication abilities
- Experience with Huawei project delivery frameworks is highly desirable
