Integrated Audio Visual is currently seeking a driven Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead our technical deployments in Cheras, Selangor. In this dynamic role, you will act as the primary bridge between our technical teams, the Managing Director, and our valued clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that high-level AV system integration projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and lead regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide detailed progress reports and technical status updates to the Managing Director and clients.
- Oversee on-site engineering activities to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Identify potential project risks or technical problems and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, including site reports, material tracking, and final commissioning sign-offs.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of AV equipment and services.
- Ensure all project milestones are achieved according to the established timeline and budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or engineering within the Audio Visual or Systems Integration industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and AV system documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system integration issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Selangor/Kuala Lumpur as required.
