A*STAR is inviting a dynamic Project Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO) for the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC). This is a critical role where you will lead multiple high-impact R&D projects, driving innovation and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives. As a PMP-certified manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations. We are looking for a professional who can navigate complex technical challenges and foster a collaborative environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex R&D projects from initiation to closure.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure deliverables are met on time and within financial constraints.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Drive process improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with A*STAR’s strategic research objectives.
Kualifikasi
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within a R&D or technology-intensive environment.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
