In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initial planning, resource allocation, risk management, coordination with stakeholders, and commissioning of protection systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage HV/MV protection systems projects from planning through to successful commissioning
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and regulatory filings
- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, specifically with HV/MV protection systems
- Strong knowledge of protection and control systems principles and industry standards
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
