Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor robotics and automation projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, technicians, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment with business goals
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Stay current with the latest robotics and automation technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years specifically in robotics or automation projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of robotics principles, automation technologies, and industrial processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
