Tanggung Jawab
- Support the UK Project Management team in managing client accounts and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address any issues or risks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, UK teams, and local stakeholders.
- Assist in risk assessment and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and meeting materials for client engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ICT or market research.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-cultural team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
