Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project milestones.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, steering committees, and issue resolution.
- Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on delivery.
- Ensure rigorous change management and user adoption processes are in place for smooth transitions.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading SAP implementation (ECC, S/4HANA, or other modules).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-phase IT projects on time and within budget.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Deep understanding of SAP best practices, integration points, and industry-specific solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
