Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress through KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and quality standards
- Manage project budget, vendor relationships, and contract deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with 3+ years in SAP implementations
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; SAP certification highly desirable
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects with budget > RM1M
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, or SD modules
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SAP Solution Manager)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
