Themetech International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager or Senior Manager to lead our engineering initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and strictly adhere to all necessary regulatory requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating between various departments to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality protocols throughout the project.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays, scope creep, or budget overruns.
- Communicate project status, progress reports, and critical issues effectively to senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera P6.
