RSM Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our critical Sewerage Project in Kuala Lumpur. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to drive large-scale infrastructure development that will enhance urban sanitation systems. You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of sewerage infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance audits
- Manage project documentation including permits, reports, and change orders
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions proactively
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sewerage or infrastructure project management
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Proven track record in managing large-scale municipal projects
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes and environmental standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
