Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end shipyard construction and repair projects.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to executive leadership.
- Manage contractor relationships and on-site sub-contractor activities.
- Implement efficient work methodologies to minimize downtime and optimize vessel delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a shipyard or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of vessel construction processes, marine regulations, and safety standards (SOLAS, MARPOL).
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development and safety culture.
