As a key player in our operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of site projects, ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with quality standards, safety protocols, and budgetary constraints.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead diverse teams to success. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery from initiation to commissioning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor all site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure high-quality workmanship and material standards.
- Coordinate site visits and progress meetings to report on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across all active project sites.
- Oversee project budgets, including tracking costs, approving invoices, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and permits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to minimize construction delays and bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction or retail facility sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle high-pressure environments.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, permit processes, and construction safety regulations.
- Leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction teams.
