Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager for an exciting 10 MWac solar power plant project in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte. This is a unique opportunity to lead the owner-side engineering and project management team, ensuring the successful execution of this renewable energy initiative from conception to completion.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the solar power plant project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Your expertise in renewable energy engineering will be crucial in coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the owner-side engineering and project management team for the 10 MWac solar power project
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management
- Oversee project budget and ensure financial targets are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy
- Proven track record in managing solar power plant projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and renewable energy technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
