Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for high-rise and complex structural engineering projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation protocols for structural challenges
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian building codes, safety standards, and quality control measures
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project phases
- Oversee budget management and financial reporting for structural engineering deliverables
- Drive innovation in structural design solutions for sustainable high-rise construction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with minimum 8 years' experience
- Professional certification (PMP/PE/Chartered Engineer) highly desirable
- Proven track record managing high-rise building projects (>20 stories)
- Expertise in structural systems analysis and complex building design
- Deep understanding of Malaysian building codes and construction regulations
- Advanced proficiency in structural engineering software (ETABS, SAP2000, Revit)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex structural challenges
