Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of structured cabling projects, from initial site surveys and design to final handover.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and on-site technical teams to ensure strict adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
- Monitor daily progress, track project milestones, and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, compliance with TIA/EIA standards, and efficient resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks on-site and implement effective solutions to prevent project delays.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to field technicians and junior engineers to foster professional growth.
- Manage project documentation, including as-built drawings, test results, and compliance certificates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management specifically within the structured cabling or telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of structured cabling systems, including Copper (Cat6/6A) and Fiber Optic infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI standards).
- Proven ability to read and interpret floor plans, cabling schematics, and construction blueprints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RCDD, PMP, or equivalent) will be a significant advantage.
