Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for structured cabling and ELV system installations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards (ISO/OHSAS).
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical submittals, and final handover manuals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify potential technical bottlenecks.
- Manage material procurement and inventory logistics to prevent project delays.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support to field teams during project implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing ELV, Structured Cabling, or Data Centre infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project for design and scheduling purposes.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and telecommunications standards (TIA/EIA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects in a high-pressure construction or infrastructure environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, RCDD) would be considered a significant advantage.
