Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project Manager to oversee sophisticated supply chain management and engineering programmes. As a key member of our premier research institute, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between innovative engineering research and practical supply chain implementation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact supply chain engineering projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including academic researchers, technical engineers, and external industry stakeholders.
- Define project scope, resource requirements, and deliverable timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in supply chain workflows and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure quality and compliance with institutional protocols.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally within a research, engineering, or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multi-stakeholder requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and supply chain software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
