- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for system implementations and process optimization initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables through stakeholder collaboration
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of milestones
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project visibility and adaptability
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in IT or healthcare environments
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and workflow optimization
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, ISO 9001) preferred
